the Consulate General in Siem Reap, Cambodia, facilitated the repatriation of 119 Thais residing in Poipet back to Thailand. They will be sent to the National Referral Mechanism (NRM) Screening Center in Sa Kaeo Province for further procedures. While the Royal Cambodian Police issued a press release after raiding a call center building in Poipet on February 22-23, in 2 locations, 230 foreigners were arrested. It was found that 123 foreigners claimed to be Thai nationals, of which only 119 were Thai nationals. The other 4 were 2 Lao nationals and 2 Myanmar nationals.
